Carol Rosenblatt, Founder of Mrs. R consults, is a leading expert in the fashion accessory business who has helped hundreds of companies increase market share and sales revenues through: product development, merchandising, product launching, brand marketing, and seasonal gift item strategies. She is a dedicated professional with 30 years of experience in the retail industry.

Prior to Mrs. R, Carol was the Senior Handbag and Small Leather Goods Buyer at Macy's Inc. West Division for the past 18 years where she excelled at creating new business opportunities which resulted in a comparable store growth of 37%. She developed best practices for Macy's in the areas of marketing, launching of emerging brands, and creative merchandising, which resulted in $35M in growth over 3 years.

As a member of the Macy's Inc. Corporate Buying Team, she created marketing initiatives and private label programs overseas. Carol was awarded the Macy's Divisional Star Conference Award as a leader in Teamwork for coordinating advertising layout, content and marketing strategies for Fashion Accessories Division.

Carol began her retail career at Emporium-Capwell, amassing experience in Ready-to-Wear, Women's Shoes, Men's, Home, Lingerie and Handbags. She graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Clothing and Textiles and a Minor in Business Administration.

A dedicated fund-raiser for her local educational and religious communities, she is committed to volunteering for nonprofit organizations who in turn help others achieve their goals in life. Carol resides with her husband, Jerry, her step-son Nathaniel and 15 year old golden retriever, Ginger in Hillsborough, California.
